Ten days since we returned, we expect a favorable weather window to leave because currently there are quite a few waves and Venezuelan Islands are rather poorly sheltered. The hurricane season is quite active this year. In addition, we planned to go to Isla Tortuga, but due to heavy rain, it is the invasion of mosquitoes (premature hatching of eggs in the sand), some boats arrived at the port because it was untenable. One guy even caught dengue !!!!!
short! We remain at the marina in the company of a dozen boats, most of the French.
Life is quiet, market, crafts, rides and swimming pool (with iguanas just quietly bask with us) the day appetizer (always with the beautiful sunsets) and barbecue in the evening.
We would also like to work on our languages. One hour per day, with Marina, Venezuelan, also by boat, we work our respective languages. An hour course studious French / English exchange as efficient as fun. And meanwhile, Arnaud has seriously put into English for our ascent to the U.S. in 2011.
It is still too hot, 35 degrees in the shade the day! We hope from next week.
